Kinetic Performance in collaboration with the International Network of Sports and Health Science (INSHS) and the Spanish Association of Sports Performance have proven experience in organizing events on: sports performance analysis, sports medicine, nutrition and health, biomechanics, physical education, Olympism and Olympic Movement.
Thanks to the invaluable support of the Tourism Organization of Costa Blanca, Alicante (Spain), Costa Blanca Sport Science Week was held between 26-28 April 2018. More than 30 international communications of extraordinary scientific relevance were selected to be part of a special issue of the scientific publication: Journal of Human Sport and Exercise.
This time, with the additional support of the Provincial Council of Alicante, this event increases its relevance with the celebration of four additional events for the promotion and dissemination of scientific research in all areas related to sport.
Eight international events had been scheduled, from autumn 2018 to autumn 2020. In them, more than 350 abstracts from different fields of sport were received. Articles derived from accepted abstracts were published in JHSE (Indexed in WoS-ESCI, SCOPUS, FECyT).
Continuing this commitment to scientific dissemination in the sports science area, four new international events have been scheduled, from winter 2020/21 to autumn 2021.
These events will focus on the scientific production around sports science, research design, writing of scientific papers and promotion focused on publication in best international scientific journals. For this, the organization keeps on an essential publication agreement with Journal of Human Sport and Exercise, indexed in the main databases: WoS-ESCI, Scopus, SJR, etc.
